Return/Cancellation Policy

Vision Landscape Lighting will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges, on products purchased on-line, for a period of 30 days after the invoice date. This pertains to unopened and unused product. Any product opened and unused will be subject to an additional 15% re-stock charge and any special order product, product other than what Vision Lighting handles, is not subject to return. All products must be returned in the original packaging.

A RMA must be obtained prior to return and product being shipped back to Vision Lighting. Shipping charges are at the senders expense and must be shipped within 5 days of an RMA being issued. RMA's can be obtained by e-mailing matt@visionlights.com

Any returns will be refunded to original credit card. After 30 days, Vision Landscape Lighting, Inc. reserves the right not to accept any returned materials.

In the event of error on Vision Lightings part, all shipping and handling will be incurred by Vision Lighting.

Shipping Policy

We offer delivery to locations within the lower 48 United States using UPS Ground only unless you provide special instructions that have been granted. All orders are charged a flat rate fee of $7.95 for shipping. There are NO handling fees. For delivery rates to Alaska and Hawaii, please e-mail matt@visionlights.com

All order are shipped within 24 hours. In the rare event product is out of stock, you will be notified via phone or e-mail that you provided. Product is typically shipped from our warehouse in Tampa Florida but may be shipped from Minneapolis.

When ordering, please be sure to provide both your mailing address and an address where shipment is to be delivered (if different from mailing address). To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, destinations outside the US or to US territories.
